Project objectives:

Increase Holiday presence in our DTC channels globally.

Increase full price sell-thru of the Holiday collection.

Increase traffic and support sales in retail.

MY ROLE

  • Align with stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with agencies internal and external.

  • Define the communication strategy.

  • Deliver the Global communications toolkit for retail windows, launch-zones and category areas to support business objectives. 

3 separate toolkits were delivered for Badge of Sports as well as Originals for the 3 waves of the campaign (Holiday launch, Black Friday and Gifting).
