WHY: I am deeply passionate and inspired by people and the world around us. I believe in fostering positive relationships and being an active participant of our environment. The creativity that I possess (inspired by my inner and outer surroundings), combined with collaboration and a methodical approach, have been essential assets to me thriving at work and key to my success. We are better together!
HOW: The greatest privilege is knowledge which allows for informed and sound decisions. This is why I constantly seek for new ways to challenge myself personally and professionally. I have up-skilled myself in readiness for tomorrows world by deep-diving into Digital Marketing, Excel for Data Analysis and Google Analytics to give myself an edge. It is not enough to be creative, so I start each project by analysing the data available.
WHAT: I have over 22 years experience combined in Retail Communications, Retail Marketing, Activation and Visual Merchandising. With international exposure over several continents, I am creative, a confident leader, results driven and able to mobilise large teams to create strong brand identities in order to drive sales.
As a Marketer it is imperative that as part of the sales strategy, to ask oneself why, how, and what before the data analysis in order to deliver a compelling and resonating story to the customer.
