The
Story
The Situation
-
Accountable for consumer center implementation for the biggest company event which is the Go -to-Market.
The Task
-
Responsible for the planning, organisation and execution for the consumer center.
-
The lead point of contact for the Consumer Center and for all stakeholders for the overall results of the look and feel.
The Action
-
Collaborate with GTM team, Buying Units, Visual Merchandising and In-Store Communications teams to deliver the desired outcome.

Lead, train and direct 40 Visual Merchandisers from the Markets to execute the upcoming season´s company strategy.
The Results
-
Efficiency: Taking 4 days instead of 5 days to execute, this was fastest GTM set up ever.
-
Quality: The feedback from stakeholders and CEO was "the best the consumer center has ever looked"!
-
Achievement: Successful handover to the Sales team for the selling week.

The
Guideliness
As Global sets the standards for the market´s sell-in week, to finish off the process from implementation, I was responsible for creating the guidelines for Badge of Sports women´s category.
